•IfmorethanoneDVDdriveisinstalled,makesurethatonlyoneDVDdriveissetasthe
primarydrive.StarttheEasyStartupDVDfromtheprimaryDVDdrive.
Theoperatingsystem
installationprogram
continuouslyloops.
Makemorespaceavailableontheharddiskdrive.
TheEasyStartup
programwillnotstart
theoperatingsystem
medium.
MakesurethattheoperatingsystemmediumissupportedbytheEasyStartupprogram.

EasyStartupUserGuideandcompatibilitynotesareavailablethroughtheEasyStartup
program.
Usingadiagnosticprogram
Thefollowingdiagnosticprogramsareavailableforyoutodiagnoseserverproblems:
•ThinkServerDiagnosticTool
•ThinkServerSystemProfileCollectionTool
Touseadiagnosticprogram,dothefollowing:
1.Gotohttp://www.lenovo.com/driversandfollowtheinstructionsontheWebpagetolocateadiagnostic
program.
2.Downloadandunzipthediagnosticprogrampackagetogetthediagnosticprogrampackagefolder.
3.OpenthediagnosticprogrampackagefolderandruntheQTW.exefile.
4.Selectthelanguagewhenprompted.Then,clickContinue.
5.ReadtheEndUserLicenseAgreement(EULA)termscarefullyandclickAccepttostarttheprogram.
6.Followtheinstructionsonthescreentousethediagnosticprogram.
