Attention:RemovingtheupgradekeymightimpactyourRAIDconfigurations.Backupyourdatabefore
youbegintoavoidanydatalossduetoaRAIDconfigurationchange.
1.Removeallmediafromthedrivesandturnoffallattacheddevicesandtheserver.Then,disconnectall
powercordsfromelectricaloutletsanddisconnectallcablesthatareconnectedtotheserver.
2.Prepareyourserver.See“Removingorextendingtheserverfromtherackcabinet”onpage69.
3.Removetheservercover.See“Removingtheservercover”onpage69.
4.LocatetheLenovoThinkServerRAID510iAnyRAIDAdapter.See“Servercomponents”onpage28.
5.RemovetheRAID510ikeyfromtheLenovoThinkServerRAID510iAnyRAIDAdapter.
