andLEDsareinsertedintothecorrespondingholesinthefrontbezel.Alignthetwoscrewholesinthe
newfrontpanelboardwiththecorrespondingmountingstudsonthechassis.Then,installthescrewsto
securethefrontpanelboard.

Beforeyoubegin,printalltherelatedinstructionsorensurethatyoucanviewthePDFversiononanother
computerforreference.
Toreplacethefrontpanelboard,dothefollowing:
1.Removeallmediafromthedrivesandturnoffallattacheddevicesandtheserver.Then,disconnectall
powercordsfromelectricaloutletsanddisconnectallcablesthatareconnectedtotheserver.
2.Prepareyourserver.See“Removingorextendingtheserverfromtherackcabinet”onpage69.
3.Removetheservercover.See“Removingtheservercover”onpage69.
4.Locatethefrontpanelboard.See“Servercomponents”onpage28.
5.Disconnectthefront-panel-boardcablefromthesystemboard.
